The units below focus on making drama engaging to students in Middle School (years 6-10). They are written for a specific year level and ACARA outcomes, but most are easily adaptable to other year levels and other assessment frameworks.

Shakespeare is part of our cultural heritage, and important to introduce to classes if just for this reason. These dramas may be an alien study for middle school unless carefully handled as the language and worldview from which they emerge may seem hard to grasp at first.
